Joshua Yebba is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience as a business owner. He deeply understands the unique challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face. His firsthand experiences with unresponsive and inattentive CPAs have fueled his commitment to providing a different kind of service. His goal is to ensure that his clients receive the attentive, responsive, and proactive support they deserve.

He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance. He’s a proud Tennessee dad of twin girls, and a husband to his wonderful wife of six years.

  • When you sign up with most CPA firms, you don’t know who is doing the actual work. It could be anyone from an intern to a non-credentialed contractor. Working with us guarantees that your work is done by a licensed and insured CPA.

  • We only accept clients residing in Tennessee.

  • No in-person visit required, although we’re more than happy to welcome you to our office if you prefer. We work with clients fully remote.

  • Yes. We can prepare returns for prior years and help you get caught up if you have unfiled returns. The sooner you address unfiled returns, the better. Penalties and interest accrue over time.
